1 General Terms of Use

3 Account Registration and Responsibility

Each person may hold only one account on 568ph. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and balances.

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your 568ph account. Any bets, wagers, deposits, or withdrawals made through your account are your responsibility, whether or not they were authorised by you.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All transactions on 568ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). There is no currency conversion on the platform.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine e-wallets (such as GCash and Maya), Philippine bank transfer, and Philippine online and mobile banking. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or wagering methods on 568ph.

Withdrawals are processed to the same channel used for your deposit where possible. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification. 568ph processes withdrawals in accordance with its standard processing schedule. All bets and wagers placed on 568ph are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after confirmation, except in cases where 568ph determines that a bet was placed under a technical error affecting the displayed odds or market.

568ph reserves the right to void any bet that is placed:

• After the relevant event has started (for pre-match markets), where the bet was accepted due to a system error.
• On a market that was offered in error or with incorrect odds due to a manifest error.
• In violation of any rule set out in these Terms.
• As part of any suspected collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity.

Sports betting results are determined based on official results from the relevant governing body of each sport. In the event of a discrepancy, 568ph's determination based on available official information will be final.

Live casino game outcomes are determined in real time by live dealers and the physical results of cards, wheels, or dice. All live game sessions are recorded. In the event of a technical disconnection mid-game, 568ph will resolve the situation based on the recorded game data available at the time of disconnection.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 568ph and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform while under 21 years of age.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person.
• Any form of collusion, match-fixing, or attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or other financial crime.
